DJI Live Bridge

Stream a DJI drone to several platforms at once

DJI Fly sends one RTMP stream. DJI Live Bridge receives it on your computer, encodes the picture once and forwards it to every destination you enable — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick or any RTMP server — without a paid restream service. If one destination fails, the others keep running.

In short

  • Add one destination per platform and switch on “Stream here” for each one you want.
  • The picture is encoded once, so more destinations do not need more processing power — only more upload bandwidth.
  • Plan about 10 Mbps of steady upload per destination (6 Mbps video plus headroom).
  • All destinations share one orientation: vertical for TikTok/Instagram, horizontal for YouTube/Twitch/Kick.
  • Everything runs locally; there is no third-party restream server and no monthly fee.

Set up a multistream

  1. Connect the droneIn DJI Fly open GO FLY → ••• → Transmission → Live Streaming Platforms → RTMP and enter the address DJI Live Bridge shows.
  2. Add each platformUnder Where do you want to stream? use Add another destination for every platform: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook have their own type; Twitch, Kick and others are Custom RTMP.
  3. Refresh single-use keysInstagram (and Facebook without a persistent key) need a new key for every broadcast. Use Update key on those cards.
  4. Pick the orientation for your main audienceOne encode feeds every destination, so choose Vertical 9:16 or Horizontal 16:9 for the platform that matters most.
  5. Press START LIVEEach destination card shows its own state — Live, Connecting or Connection failed — and one failure does not stop the rest. Press Go live on the platforms that need it (Instagram, Facebook).

On a phone hotspot in the field, two destinations are usually the practical limit. Test the connection with Try with a video file before you take off.

Check the platforms' rules

Some platforms limit simulcasting for partners or in their terms; Twitch in particular has changed its rules over time. DJI Live Bridge only sends the video you tell it to — it never signs in to an account or presses Go live for you.

Questions

Can I stream my DJI drone to TikTok and YouTube at the same time?

Yes. Add both as destinations and press START LIVE. Because both share one orientation, choose the one that suits your main audience.

Do I need a restream service?

No. DJI Live Bridge does the multistreaming on your own computer, for free; it only needs enough upload bandwidth.

What happens if one platform drops?

Only that destination shows Connection failed. The others keep streaming.

Does each extra platform need more CPU?

Hardly. The picture is encoded once and the same data is sent to every destination.

Does multistream work in OBS mode?

No. Several destinations are a feature of direct streaming; in OBS mode, OBS decides where the stream goes.
